Shanxi Taigu County Wind and Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. 20MW agricultural and photovoltaic complementary power generation project is located in Donghuaiyuan Village, Shuixiu Township, Taigu County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. The total installed capacity of the project is 20MW Solar.


The project covers an area of more than 466,000m2. Based on the principle of focusing on economic benefits and taking technological innovation as the breakthrough point, according to the requirements of the ecological agriculture model, scientifically and rationally select planting varieties, scale and ecological chain, organize production, improve The added value of agricultural products.



After the project is completed and put into operation, the average annual power generation is about 27 million kWh, and the total power generation in 25 years is about 675 million kWh, which can save about 243,000 tons of standard coal, reduce nitrogen dioxide emissions by about 673,000 tons, and reduce sulfur dioxide by about 20,000 tons. tons, about 10,000 tons of nitrogen oxides, and about 184,000 tons of carbon dust emissions.

The End User of the photovoltaic power station selected the HVSVG-3.0/35T-O high-voltage dynamic reactive power compensation and harmonic control device supplied by ZDDQ, which was installed at the photovoltaic power generation site for grid reactive power compensation and harmonic control. The equipment was successfully put into operation once and achieved the expected purpose.





In the construction of new energy, because wind power, photovoltaic or hydropower are generally built in remote areas, far away from cities and users, under the condition of heavy load, the voltage drop is large, which makes the grid voltage unstable and the power factor If it is lower, the normal transmission of power generation energy cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in the process of promoting the construction of new energy, the country firstly recommends the use of reactive power compensation devices, and now the more advanced technology of reactive power compensation is SVG, that is, static var generators. Through the application of SVG in a batch of our company last year and in foreign countries such as Mexico, North Korea, Mongolia, India, Indonesia and other countries, it has shown great advantages in product performance, stability, reliability and meeting user requirements. It is manifested in the following aspects:

(1) The grid voltage is stable. The SVG monitors the voltage between the SVG and the grid terminal from time to time through the inductance in series with the grid. When the grid voltage is higher than the SVG voltage, the SVG works in the inductive operation mode and absorbs reactive power from the grid. When the grid voltage is lower than the SVG voltage, the SVG works in the inductive operation mode. In the capacitive operation mode, reactive power is sent to the power grid, so as to ensure that the reactive power of the power grid is within the allowable range, ensure the stability of the reactive power of the system, and thus stabilize the power grid voltage.
(2) Enhance the power transmission capacity, reduce the loss of transformers and lines, improve the utilization rate of electric energy to users, and ensure reliable power supply capacity.
(3) The harmonics of the power grid are reduced, and the reactive power loss is reduced. SVG itself does not generate harmonics, and has the ability to suppress harmonics within a certain range. Compared with other reactive power compensation modes, such as SVC, capacitor bank filtering, etc., it has obvious advantages.
(4) It stabilizes and improves the power factor of the power grid, and meets the user's requirements for the power factor of the power grid. For example, the SVG of the photovoltaic power station in this example is always stable at about 97%, which meets the national requirements for the power grid.
(5) Save energy and reduce consumption, and improve the efficiency of power transmission and distribution. Because of stabilizing the reactive power of the system, reducing the loss of lines and transformers, saving electric energy objectively, and realizing clean energy power supply, it is favored by electricity users.
