Principle of Low-voltage Distribution Cabinet

The working principle of low-voltage distribution cabinet starts from the access point of power supply, that is, the incoming cabinet. Once the power is connected to the incoming cabinet, it is distributed to each outgoing cabinet through the busbar system. The busbar is the current transmission component in the distribution cabinet, usually made of highly conductive materials (such as copper or aluminum), which can effectively transmit current to each branch. The outgoing cabinet is equipped with components such as circuit breakers and contactors, which perform circuit connection and disconnection operations according to control signals. The circuit breaker automatically disconnects when the circuit is overloaded or short-circuited to prevent damage to the circuit; while the contactor is used to frequently connect or disconnect the circuit as needed. In addition, the low-voltage distribution cabinet is also equipped with various protection devices, such as relays and fuses, which can monitor the circuit status in real time and take protective measures quickly in abnormal situations. Relays switch circuits based on specific input signals (such as current, voltage or temperature), while fuses automatically cut off the circuit when the current exceeds its rated value to protect electrical equipment from damage. These measures together improve the operating efficiency and safety of the power system.

1. Internal structure galvanized, external pickling phosphating;
2. The cabinet is made of profiled steel and positioned by a 3-dimensional gusset plate;
3. The mounting holes of the bar frame and parts change according to the modulus E=25mm.
4. The motor control center (MCC) switchgear has two types: wall-mounted and not wall-mounted. The top is the horizontal busbar area, and the horizontal area is the drawer functional unit area;
5. The structure of the power center (PC) feeder cabinet is similar to that of the incoming line cabinet. When the feeding current is 630A~1600A, a cabinet of 1000*1000*2200 (width*deep*height) can be installed with two circuits, which are installed up and down;
6. The drawer function unit and the door are mechanically interlocked by the operating mechanism of the main switch. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal loose, the drawers are interchangeable and have a working position, a test position and a separation position.

1. Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃ and the average temperature should not exceed +35℃ in 24h;
2. Indoor altitude above sea level: Maximum installation altitude: 2000m;
3. Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex.90% at +20℃. But in view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually;
4. No fire, explosion danger, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration;
5. Installation gradient not exceed 5°;
6. The equipment shall be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact, and the place where the electrical components are not corroded;
7. Any specific requirement, consult with ZDDQ service.
